    Their bun Bo hue is the best one Orange County area! I recommend their bánh beo too. Service is great and even though sometime they have a wait once you get seated, they take your order pretty fast and foods also come out fast so you don't have to wait long for that

    Excellent food at reasonable prices. Smallish restaurant with a tight, focused menu specializing in Central Vietnamese cuisine . Banh beo tasty and chewy. Banh Canh tôm cua miền trung were delicious too . I will come back to try bun bo huế and other dishes next time. Friendly, attentative staff, free tofu for dessert . Parking is limited !

    Wow, this place was so delicious! Newer restaurant, so my friends and I were excited to give it a try for the first time. We went in during Monday at lunch time, and the place was packed! We ordered the three orders of banh beo and it was so good. The portions were bigger than usual, so it's perfect to share. I loved the generous toppings and fillings of shrimp and crispy pork rinds. The bun bo hue was the star of the show! The broth was so clean and clear, which my friends and I noticed immediately. The noodles were bouncy and cooked perfectly. The broth was extremely flavorful! The meat inside was tender and delicious. After the meal, my friends and I recommended to our families! Can't wait to be back here!
